Sterolyn has brought my triglycerides down to 145 mg/dl and my LDL down to 95 mg/dl! My doctor calls me “the freak of nature,” haha. I plan to keep taking this forever. And hey, I’m enjoying my free subscription to Fitness magazine, it’s part of an overall lifestyle change.

Greek yogurt is better with Honey.

I have mine with honey (less than 1oz) a low fat granola and some sort of dried fruit & like her almonds.

i’ll have to try the kashi cereal.

PS this is better for children for breakfast than sugary cereals. It’s WAY higher in protien (20g in a cup) and if you have honey and berries the sugars in these items are processed slower and stay with them till lunch.

I just made it (so yes, it’s easy) but instead of kashi, I used grapenuts, and I used brown sugar instead of raw sugar (b/c I couldn’t find it) This was great, and yummy. Good job Bethanny again! and again!

kashi brand is owned by kellogg. kellogg uses genetically engineered ingredients. and the ‘raw sugar’ she uses should be organic cane sugar. white sugar is poison for your body. look it up.

@godtoldmeto they weren’t always owned by kelloggs. that switch was made only a couple years ago, and their ingredients have not been compromised.

Kashi is full of soy (soy is nasty stuff. It’s not a health food miracle. It’s crappy filler.). This woman is also much too skinny. She looks like a crack head.

Omg, I need to get more greek yogurt. I put cut up stawberries, blueberries and honey in Vanilla/Honey Yogurt and put a crushed up sugar cone on top. It tastes like a desert and it’s like 300 calories and VERY filling.
